Daniel Bishop’s camera background is primarily working in feature films and documentaries.
Having completed his Steadicam Master course with Garret Brown in the USA, Daniel is happy to work as a camera operator and Steadicam operator.
With a good understanding of editing he is able to work closely with the Director and DOP to construct fluid and coherent scenes. Daniel is happy to work in the different styles that cameramen have to adapt to, from self - shooting docs as lighting cameraman, to television work with multi cameras.
Daniel’s recent work experience has included shooting a documentary with Howard Marks on drug use in the UK, filming on the Inca Trail for ITV in Peru at 15000 ft and working on several British feature films with actors such as Ray Winstone, Timothy Spall, Richard E. Grant, John Lynch and Martin Compston.
Whether shooting Ozzy Osbourne’s music video, or swinging the camera crane on Dr Who, Daniel can bring a creative flare that is as much distinctive as disciplined.
